Devi S Talim worked for PT Bank Central Asia for 15 years. Started as MDP Trainee (Management Development Program) in 1992, she experienced managerial position since 1994 - 2004 as branch manager in various branches in West Jakarta. She won BCA national service competition in 2001 for Sub Branches category and succeed to implement a pilot project as new branch structure & concept in BCA Green Garden in 2001 - 2004.

In 2004, she was trusted by BCA top management to lead a prestigious pilot project in consumer loan sales and distribution called BCA Consumer Plus. She succeeded in opening and boosting sales in five BCA Consumer Plus outlets in Jakarta & Bandung. She was assigned as Head of Sales & Distribution Personal Banking products before resigned in July 2007 to concentrate on her private life and helping her husband expanding seafood restaurant chain business named Rasane.

She held her undergraduate degree in Economic & Marketing, from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, and Master degree in International Management (2004) from Prasetiya Mulya Business School, Jakarta.

She always has big concern on children welfare and drug abuse prevention. Along with Veronica Colondam, she was one of the founders of YCAB.
